Is source for TnyCLR OS available?

I am a student at the University of South Alabama. I am interested in using your SC-20100S-A SoC to build a mobile device as a hobby project. The main reason for this is because your design documents for the various boards which use this chip are very open, and the Specs of the SoC are perfect for the device. The one thing preventing me from pulling the trigger is TnyCLR OS. Given that I am unable to find source for it, I don’t think that I will be able to run much of anything other than C# code on the chip. I would much prefer to be able to just run Arm binaries for the slight performance improvement (I assume), and for the ability to load code in from outside of the chip from an external storage device. (you may be able to do this with .NET binaries; however. I would still prefer Arm).

I would like to modify the TnyCLR OS so that I can more directly run an Arm binary on the chip. If anyone has any suggestions, I’m all ears! Thanks.

I think this is what you need https://www.nanoframework.net/
