Hi, how do you think, it possible to create somthing like “Insect Detector” with Gadgeteer?

That does sound (pun intended) interesting, and Gadgeteer with the right sound sensor might be a good fit, but the trick is finding the right sensor.
Maybe if you mount an accelerometer equipped Cerb40 to the back of a bird then you can detect when he pecks the little buggers. 
Sounds like you not only need a good sensor but also a good algorithm for picking out the right sounds detected. I imagine this would be tuned to a specific type of insect. It would indeed be a fun project. Real or near real-time signal analysis of the sound might prove to be a fun challenge.
It may also be possible to take a picture and send the picture down to RLP for object recognition.
