If someone needs to communicate with ProfiNet, ProfiBus, DeviceNet, … and similar systems:
I just came across these ones:

They support RS485/Modbus RTU or SPI on the Controller side (3V3 level)
The ProfiNet module is around 110€.
They also have ready to use Gateway modules for DIN rail.

I have been looking at http://anybus.com/ as well. I didn’t know Anybus had a competitor.

I’d love to find a HART solution. There are loads of HART modems but no API or STACK for it. Seems to be closed or at least no one has done a free version.
