Hello one and all,
I’m building a notificationsystem which displays information about Exchange calendar-events on the GHI touchscreen. The Fez Spider mainboard, the screen and a wifi-module + battery resides in a custom box which I hang on my door at my workplace. Works fine, but I’d like to be able to power down the system when I leave from work at 17, to have it automatically start up again at 7 o’clock the next morning, this in order to save battery.
The mainboard spec mentions “Low power and hibernate support”. Is this something I can access in code, or does it happen automatically?
At the moment I’m simply turning off the displays backlight and disconnecting the wifi-module, but I’d much rather hibernate the whole system if possible.
