If I had the available time and money (time being the main issue) I would submit a 6-axis animatronic talking skull, I have a neat idea for embedding axis positioning into a wav file with the sound data.
I am still planning on building it but it won’t be in time for the contest. 
Already been working hard (lots of hours actually ) and it’s getting into shape.
Found a little bug in the design, so I will have to correct that first.
Then 1 tricky parts left and it’s done 
Still waiting for some parts but for the most it’s finished. I’m rater satisfied with the box
