I’ve done it again. Not reading the fine print.
Ive got the Hydra and the GPS Module, saw it used the U socket.
Now I see it says
It does not work with FEZ Hydra, tested fine on our other gadgeteer mainbaords.
Guys, this is just an old note, right? The GPS works great with Hydra, right?
… and if not, what do I need to do to be able to use it?
Thanks
This is an ongoing issue (not just with Hydra, but it has additionally issues)

Nutshell - it takes a while (many many many many minutes) to get lock with a Spider. Doesn’t really work well (if at all) with Hydra, but there are other GPS units with issues as well.
I think ransomhall will be offering a better one soon.
Yes, I’ve got a prototype that uses this GPS Ultimate GPS Module - 66 channel w/10 Hz updates - PA1616S [MTK3339 Chipset] : ID 790 : $24.95 : Adafruit Industries, Unique & fun DIY electronics and kits . I’m working through a similar issue (FIX problems) with the Hydra/Cerbs before ordering the next round of boards.
OK.
And Eric - thanks for your understanding with the makebread module. I was a bit in a hurry.
ahem I have a spider ahem
is it an interference problem?
