bags not working in an area where MQ-138 is necessary !
Sounds like it would nice to have the option to order a GasSense w/o the M-3 sensor. Sounds like youāre going to end up with a pile of them.
That would be nice, or to be able to order it with different sensors would also help. I did order multiples of each sensor so I can include testing variances between sensors. I know they are cheap sensors but Iām rather interested in finding out how good they are. For example a Gadgeteer version of the environmental egg, might be what is needed as they seem to be a tad stuck or otherwise having some problems getting out the door, so add NO2 and radiation modules and I can do anything they can do (and more), but better and easier. Gadgeteer is simply an incredible tool.
@ Duke Nukem - Hi Dukeļ¼If you need those sensors MQ-2/3/4/5/6/7/8/9ā¦please contact with me. We are original manufacturer of the sensors.
If have any questions about the sensors, pls feel free to contact with me. Our website:www.winsensor.com

I wish I would have gotten your message 2 weeks ago as I already have a bunch on their way here. Perhaps you can help with with some calibration equations, so we can make these sensors a little bit more appealing.
First shipment of gas sensor arrived today so now testing can start with:
MQ-135 Air Quality Sensor
MQ-136 H2S Gas Sensor
MQ-137 Ammonia Gas Sensor
MQ-138 Formaldehyde Gas Sensor
MQ-139 Freon Gas Sensor
How do you test the 137, 138 and 139 sensors without killing yourself?
I guess you could use a household cleanser for 137, and a little Formaldehyde for 138.
MQ-139 Looking to buy an old fridge
Iām hoping that Lucky (above) can give me a hand at putting together some curve fit equations so we can at least put some values on the readings.
Dear Duke Nukem
Could you give me a website where you order the MQ sensors?
Thanks
And could GHI sell the Gas Sensor Module without sensor?
I
I have just buy 3 modules.
could the MQ-7 can be used in this module?
https://www.sparkfun.com/products/9403
I bought my gas sensor from a couple of vendors in China via Alibaba.com and typically I got a couple of each sensor for testing etc.
If you were looking at a MQ-9 for CO detection, this setup wonāt work as the MQ-9 needs 1.5v across its heater for CO detection (ie When 5v, it detects CH4, while 1.5v detects CO)
Iāve been looking at the ME3 Gas Sensors and so perhaps one day there will be a module for those, but be aware the ME3 series of gas sensor are more expensive (ie $30 or more and up).
Send Lucky Liu <sales@ winsensor.com> an email and mention you learned about their sensors here and maybe you can get a deal as she has been very helpful in some discussions Iāve had with her concerning different sensors.
Thanks,How about new MQ7, is it suitable for this module?
Ok now I know the GHIās module canāt use MQ7
I find useful
