Gadgeteer template not showing in Visual Studio Express 2012

Hi,

I’ve been using the Gadgeteer for about 3 years now and updating as I go but this time nothing is showing up in Visual Studio under new project.

I used the full NETMF and Gadgeteer Package 2014 R5 to install this and uninstalled everything before hand.

Any suggestions - what am I missing? :slight_smile:

@ shapingstuff - Which version of VS Express do you have installed? Gadgeteer requires VS Express for Desktop specifically.

Hope you’re all sorted now.

This should hopefully get easier in the future with Visual Studio Community edition. You won’t have to guess which free edition of VS you need for Gadgeteer projects.
