My suggestion is to pick VS2012 or VS2013, not both. I have no idea how the integration pieces work, but I wouldn’t be comfortable saying it should work when both are installed…

Istalled windows7, vs 2012 and other software, upgraded to windows 10 and e voi la, vs2012 did its job. so I can Program now but even I used the intregetion tool GHI SDK and Framework setup again after I installed VS2013 no change at all.
under vs 2012 i can access the Boards to deploy software, but still the FEZ config does not communicate with for e.g. the FEZ Spider when it is the mode for the loader setup. It does recongnize the board for the Firmware update but the update maintains unsucessfull with the message “there is more then one device connected” on a solo USB connector. I think i this case there is a problem with the USB drivers from GHI rather than a VS problem.
