I just purchased a G400D and a UCD-DEV-E board. I am not able to connect to the G400 using TinyCLR Config or in Visual Studio. In my device manager I have a serial port show up when the board is connected. I am using the USB Client port for my connection.
In TinyCLR Config I can see the serial port but no information shows up.

attach a screen shot of what device manager COM port shows up please?
G400 is an older product so it ships with NETMF. You will need to load it with the right software. If you have any issues then please share more details like Brett suggested please.
