I’ve landed a G120E on a new PCB and when I fire up the EthernetBuiltIn() everything works except for the MAC address in the PhysicalAddress byte array. This does not match the sticker on the module itself. Is there a different call to get the correct MAC address or do I have to program the this MAC when starting up the EthernetBuiltIn?
@ csailor - You need to program the device yourself. Once it’s programmed the first time, it will persist as long as you don’t reflash the config region.
@ John Thanks… Would you refresh my memory on the config area. The only time this is erased is during a firmware update correct?
