Are the multiple ground and 3V3 terminals connected together internally on the G120 PCB? Also is it safe to run traces under the G120 PCB?

They are connected but you should connect them all.

It is safe to run traces under but all must be masked, including vias. We still recommend not to run traces under unless there is a real need to do so.
