Found the way to have fun with Accelerometer Extension (SMB380) and FEZ Cobra. 
The GHI Graphical Demo already has the “PONG - Accelerometer Demo” that used BMA020 chip.
What I did was substituted the BMA020 Accelerometer with Accelerometer Extension (SMB380).
Then just modified a few lines of code, and then the fun begin!
