Hi all,
I’ve seen that the flash module is no longer in production: https://www.ghielectronics.com/catalog/product/389
I’m am wondering, what is the answer for the following questions: "Need to store your application configuration somewhere? Or even save some resources independent from the application? "
My board is spider by the way.

SD card? thumb drive with USB host?

I recommend the thumb drive.

The problem is that the sd card can be pulled out and that the flash is much more faster.
And so as your seconds suggestion.
Is it possible to save variables or any other data on the board itself?

Actually, there is a better option now. The latest sdk gives the user access to the configuration sector.
