FEZ Raptor question using T35

No sure if this is a problem yet but I have noticed that the LCD Configuration changes from those set using FEZ Config.v013

LCD Apply to device: Settings shown in image SpiderT35Config.GIF (Image 1 of 2)

If I Load from device: Settings returned shown in image CapT35.GIF (Image 2 of 2)

Is this normal?

NOTE added:

I should mention that I checked the settings after debugging a new application using Touch configuration. Does Touch change anything in the display settings?
