Fez Panda - thread.sleep time some us... How can I do that?

Hi!
I’m wondering how can I execute a delay like the Thread.Sleep(int milliseconds), but with a delay of microseconds.

I would like to write a SOFTWARE SPI driver and force the pins of my FEZ Panda with some writes/read like methods… but I need some delays shorter than 1 millisecond…
