Thats the expansion of the tubes when the heating turns on…annoying i know, but can’t do anything about since i rent this crap place.

Cool project. What chip is that you’re using? Is that how you’re achieving 7 PWMs or is that a POV effect?

The chip is a ULN2803 to drive the leds, and only 4 PWM pins are in use.
