Hi all, I test this code with fez panda 2 and fex music shield:

works well but does not exceed the 128Kbps mp3.
Is it possible that the speed of fanda2 is not enough?

the problem is not panda. Problem is probabbly speed of vlsi chip on music shield.
Look at the crystal on shield. If its ~12MHz then your max bitrate is somewhere near 160kbs. If you need higher bitrate you would need faster crystal (take a look at vlsi datasheet to find exact values).
