Does anyone have some code to show how to control my Boe-Bot with C# and my mini?
I have not seen any discussion about the Boe-Bot on the forum.
I suspect that there are lots of information in the beginner ebook which will apply to the Boe-Bot.
PWM for motor speed. InterruptPort for wiskers.
Tell us about the sensors and controller and see what respones you get.

You can use the servo class for controlling the motors on the boe bot. That located in hardware under servo motor. You just set it to the right pin and so on.
