Extending Wifi SPWF04SA driver by additional commands

I added some commands to the GHI WiFi SPWF04SA driver and included means to handel errors which I saw with opening TLS secured sockets.

Perhaps someone can use the additional commands and perhaps GHI will include some of the commands in a future official version.
