You can ask GHI if they have any of the Tinkerer kits left. These were made specifically for the combination of stuff you listed. Otherwise, you’ll probably have to make a custom enclosure. You can do this modifying an existing enclosure or by designing one and having it laser cut at someplace like ponoko.com.
It was somewhat of a surprise to me that there are not more available enclosures to choose from for microcontrollers. I think this is because every project is different, so there is no market for a generic design. I’ve designed several in acrylic and used Ponoko, but this can be pricey for a one off.
