Is there a driver for the CharDisplay Module?

The tutorial on that page points to a blank page, with no example code.
I searched the TinyClr site, but found nothing that specifically said it was a driver for the above module. Also I didn’t see a item in the “GHI toolbox” in visual studio for the “CharDisplay”.
