I’ve spent a couple of weeks with issues with attaching the debugger, issues with deployment and somewhat general random weird behavior.
I reinstalled the OS (win8 RTM 64bit) and everything works like a charm. It seems like there is some left over drivers / settings or what not which causes upgrades to QFE2 to cause these issues. Instead of spending a couple of weeks trying to figure this out; just reinstall the OS.
