That looks like a very nice piece of software.
I am keen on the Android NDK debugging part. Something I hate trying to do in Eclipse. 
The price is very reasonable considering the costs of having to purchase Visual Studio too.

So when you F5 it, does VS “publish” it to the chip for you?

So, my assumption is that it works just like NETMF would.
$80 well spent, most likely. I’ve fought enough getting Eclipse set up that it’s most likely worth it.
