Thanks for your in-depth answer, that explains everything.
On my board only 3 pins (that are not connected to any pins on mcu) don’t get 1V7, all the rest do. I just hope this is firmware related, not chip related, in other words that 1V7 is set by firmware, not by chip. If so, it could be potentially fixed.
