Cerbot help

Hi, I just got my cerbot and am trying to get things working. Initially I was getting a checksum error, so I have tried to reflash the bootloader in an effort to get the same version of the MF on the board as my program is developed with. Now I seem to be in an interesting state. When I try to deploy my program I get the following:

Waiting for device to initialize…

Waiting for device to initialize…

It stays in this state indefinitely. What am I doing wrong?

You can try to reset the mainboard in this state. It will launch program on mainboard.

You could have to press ctrl + shift + F5 in VS to restart debugger.

I would still check with fez config that the sdk and firmware match.
