Can I define custom ports for COM1 port of the RTS?

Hello,
For use in the project, one of 12 “Cobra FEZ” I bought.
GSM modem connected to COM2.
COM1 RS485 necessary linking.
But I need the output of the RTS for the MAX485. Can I define custom ports for COM1 port of the RTS? For example, IO75

One of the COM ports (I think COM2) has handshaking pins RTS/CTS

It is automatically controlled. You only need to select hardware handshaking.
