Proliferation of consumer devices & sensors is driving the industry into a new paradigm called IoT (Internet of Things). This is not a trend that we foresee, but a reality today with plethora of devices and services appearing around us. Discover hands on how to use Microsoft’s Gadgeteer, .Net Micro Framework and Azure services (Event Hub, Streaming Analytics, and Web Sites) as a full, end-to-end IoT solution in a hands on lab setting. If you have an “Idea” and have some prior knowledge or “expertise”, this is your opportunity to learn how to bring it to life.
This is an advanced hands on class and attendees are expected to be capable with Visual Studio and C#. Surface Pro 3’s and Gadgeteer project boards are provided but you are welcomed to bring your own laptop and or Gadgeteer components.
