How hard would it be to add a similar feature for adding users to a list?
This can be useful to get quicker to a user page. Especially for people who don’t visit often and fall off the most recent page.

Is this for private messaging sake? Or to see activity?
It is like a list favorite users, that is very easy to get to. Instead of trying to do a user specific search.
It is not critical it is just nice to have feature of a very low priority.
I understand but my question is you need to get to these users and then what would be the next step? Looking at latest posts? Sending private messages? Or other?
