i want make a project like a data aquesition system, and to make this i need:

  • Wireless;
  • Usb;
  • SDCard;
  • LCD;
  • USB Virtual Com;
  • database like SQL.

Wich is the Best Board with all this features?

If database is a few megabytes, Spider. Otherwise the Raptor.

if i use the Spider is possible use the SDcard like storage to database?

if use wireless is necessary buy a module?

Take s look at the spider kit. Add the Wi-Fi module and usb serial module to the kit. That should do what you need and a lot more.
