I don’t see a 3.3v pin to Vcc, but I do see a 5v in/out. Does that mean I need to battery power the Mini via a 5v regulator connected to the 5v pin or should I use the usb socket and cut a cable (of which I have several) and wire that appropriately to a 5v regulator?
You can actually supply any voltage 5V to 9V on the pin you mentioned and FEZ Mini will work fine.
