As for the tutorial, I got started by reading this page from Timothy Parez:

Only some of us have access to ARM starter kits and know how to deploy native code and use JTAG to debug (I don’t, but my friends at work do ;). I also think we could use some help from them and dedicated space would be useful.

Yes, I was meaning to request the same thing but got distracted. A dedicated place for RLP topics would be nice.
