I’ve created a new wiki page for the sharp sensor detailing some of it’s characteristics and added a driver for it to my Ascended.Sensors.Distance library.
This driver should be accurate to within a few mm from 20-40cm, within 5mm from 40-60cm with values getting more inaccurate after that (to within a few cm at 150cm).

not yet, very very busy with school…
No rush I’ll get the other sharp sensor tomorrow it appears however it will probably take me a couple of days to figure out the maths for it and write the driver.
I might become a lot less active in the couple week(s), do not know yet, hard to tell. What I do know is that I cannot work on rosvem or any other project soon. Maybe some updates with the cobra program, but that’s really it.
I can’t wait to try out your drivers though. I will try them at rosvem as soon as I have more time.
